Pakistan Delivery

We use commercial courier services like FEDEX, TCS for standard shipments of sentiments to Pakistan. The time period between placement of an order and delivery varies between two to three days. You are, therefore, requested to place your order at least 48 hours before intended delivery. Although every effort is made to ship your gifts within one to two business days after receiving the order, orders placed less than 48 hours before intended time may not be delivered on the stipulated date. For your protection, we reserve the rights to call the customer and confirm the order details over the phone.

All deliveries are subject to approval and confirmation of your credit card.

We will try our best to deliver the gift on specified date, but sometimes we may fall short, due to :

1) Late placement of order (less than 48 hours from stipulated date of delivery)
2) Late Approval of the Credit Card
3) Incomplete or incorrect address and/or telephone number
4) Absence of anyone to receive the delivery at the specified address
5) Weather and other natural disasters which may interfere with procurement and shipment of items.
6) Late delivery because of courier company off loading or delay custom clearance
7) Every effort will be made to deliver the gift on Eid day, however we do reserve the right to deliver the good on any of the three Eid days.
8) All Sunday deliveries should be requested atleast 72 hours in advance. Further, all Monday deliveries should be requested on Friday of the previous week.
9) Except clothes, products delivered to Pakistan might differ a little from the pictures.
10) The refund policy does not hold for discounted clothes or clothes with customized measurements. Discounted Clothes or clothes with customized measurement are not exchanged or refunded.
11) Premium delivery charge of $3 will be charged for all deliveries on Public Holidays.

Europe, North America and Australasia Deliveries

Depanding on the order, the shipping time varies between 3 to 21 days. You are, therefore requested to place your order in advance for timely delivery. For your protection, we reserve the rights to call the customer and confirm the order details over the phone.
We will try our best to ship the gifts on specified date, but sometimes we may fall short, due to:

1) Late placement of order
2) Late Approval of the Credit Card
3) We are not responsible for late deliveries due to off loading of parcel by courier company or due to late custom clearance
4) Absence of anyone to receive the delivery at the specified address
5) The refund policy does not hold for discounted clothes or clothes with customized measurements. Discounted Clothes and clothes with customized measurements are not exchanged or refunded.
6) Weather and other natural disasters which may interfere with procurement and shipment of items.

Order Cancellation
Any clothing order canceled 24 hours after placing the order will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.
