How long have you been in Business ? We have been in sentiment delivery business for over 4 years in Pakistan. We decided to develop the gifts2east.com site in July, 2000, for the convenience of our customers. Prior to this date our customers used to place there orders via emails and make payments to our US representative via personal checks.

Do you use a secure server for the protection of financial transactions ? Absolutely, The Credit Cards are processed real time through INTELLIPAY's secure processing. INTELLIPAY verifies the Credit Card information for legitimacy, and then processes it in an encrypt format on a secure server. Please feel comfortable shopping at our site.

Is there anyway I can have an order delivered on Sunday or Public Holiday? Absolutely, we deliver your order - free of charge, if you place your order 48 hours in advance, and require delivery on working days. However, if you want your orders to be delivered on Sunday or on any other public holiday, we will charge you $3.00 for service fee. Please see our Special Delivery ordering option while placing your order.

What is the best way to take care of the clothes purchased from your website ? We recommend that all dresses bought from our website should be dry cleaned as some have embroidery and others have delicate material. All dry cleaning should be performed by facilities familar with silk, chiffon and other materials sold on our website.

When do you process customer's credit cards? We normally charge the credit cards within 24 hours of placing the order. However, we reserve the rights to process customer credit card after the shipment, or charge customer's credit card for shipping separately. However, in any circumstances we will not charge you more then the order, shipment and sales tax (California shipments) amount.

Is this all you can deliver? What if I need a special Kameez Shalwar delivered to my cousin who is getting married in Pakistan? We are also major suppliers to Sanaullah Fashions in Karachi, and supply to various Pakistani/Indian Clothing Stores in NY and in the Bay Area. Just send us an email and tell us what are you looking for and we will get back to you with all the information. We can ship Pakistani/Indian Clothes all over the World.

What is the minimum information you need on an address to ship an order? Your orders are shipped via FEDEX and TCS, they require a complete address along with a phone number. If you dont have an address of a friend or relative in Pakistan, please supply us with the phone number and well take care of the rest. In cases like this we do not guarantee 48 hours delivery.

Can I request an order to be delivered on a specific date? Absolutely, as long as the order is placed 48 hours in advance, we can deliver your orders on a specific date.
